Autumn, I'm 32y, male, brazilian and atheist. I have a clinically declared very low self-esteem and high IQ (which you probably have, too). At the same time, I feel things deeper and stronger than most people. I suffered A LOT of bullying for many years as a child and teen . I finally realized it's not IQ/intelligence which is my greatest strength. It's being sensitive and in touch with my emotions: that's true power. You can learn to deal with your emotion torrents in time. Be strong!!! :-)
Yup. Rights for all, except women, in your view. Every woman, whether she wants a baby, has to donate their body to the thing growing in their womb. You're OK with forcing people to go through pregnancy? Sorry, doesn't sound like "rights for all" to me.
If there is no God,then where do humans get their value? The only recourse is some artificial criteria such as, "the baby is valuable only if it is inconvenient". If there is no transcendent moral order, then ethics becomes much like choosing a flavor of ice cream. Just because one prefers chocolate doesn't mean that one has standing to demand that others do so.
